Assignment /Retained Based
Working very closely with the client we will tailor a process that fits with their requirements and timescales. The process is rigorous and the advantage to the client is that they will be given priority over contingency work that we are carrying out and that all candidates will be interviewed by both telephone and face to face before being presented for selection. Each CV will be accompanied by comprehensive interview notes.
The whole process is managed from start to finish by ourselves thus ensuring that the client will only see a small number of suitably qualified candidates who will also fit with the culture of the respective client. In addition they will also have a strong understanding of the role and the expectations of the employer.
We undertake this form of work for clients who require a regular supply of candidates for roles which are frequently available such as contact centre or field based sales.
Here we work on a fee only being paid upon successful placement and we are generally not exclusive to the role. This work will be prioritised below any assignment based work but the standard of candidate and the work we do will be the same, however face to face interviews are not a regular occurrence for contingency recruitment.

Currently our success rate from candidate put forward to placement is better than 2:1 meaning that you are not wasting your time sifting through countless CV’s and undertaking interviews with candidates that do not match your criteria or fit your culture.
Our fees are and rebate periods are transparent and reflect the work we will put into finding the right person for you, we believe they represent true value for money.
