We work on the basis of under promising and over delivering, never taking on work that we cannot meet within the timescales required.

Standards

  • All candidates put to a client will have undergone an extensive interview with a member of the Birchfield team and in depth notes will accompany every candidate sent to you for consideration.
  • Candidates selected for interview will be fully prepared and have a genuine interest in the position.
  • Following an interview candidates are debriefed, and detailed feedback is provided to the client.
  • Detailed feedback will be provided to candidates whether successful or not thus enhancing the clients brand in the eyes of the candidate.
